I'm afraid I don't know how (I could try asking a friend of mine who might know but I think somebody else might give you the answer here before I'd be able to get it). I only searched for "Asian smileys" and it came there. I tried typing '3' and 'san' however it doesn't come up with the one you want.

Unicode charts might prove to be a handy reference as well.

I need to know the meaning of this sentence:
"Yukuri Onegaishimasu moichido" I remember that it means "please repeat what you say one more time", but is not so sure. On another note, i know some uses of Doozo and Doomo (Doozo yoroshiku and doomo arigatoo, for example), but does they have any meanings when they are separate?

there is a specific thread for japanese-english translations requests, anyway:
yukkuri means "slowly", "with ease". onegaishimasu is a very polite way to say "please" mo means again, more, too, at last (depending on the context) ichido means one time Your translation therefore is correct, "repeat" is implicit but it could be any kind of action. you forgot "slowly" though. "douzo" means "please" but it implies that you are politely inviting someone to do something. for example: "please take a seat". while when it's a request for a favor you should use "onegai". "doumo" is usually paired with "arigatou" and it's the same as saying "thank you very much" but i personally do not know much more than this ^^;
