I bought it from Amazon.co.uk a while back (before I found out they sell it here too...). It's almost identical to the anime. I actually prefer the anime because the action sequences in the manga tend to be very dark (color-wise).

I compared the japanese and the american covers and I must say the american is pretty dark compared to the jap one, I assume you can blame a bad editor for those dark action sequences.

the manga is awesome! advmanga does it and i loved it/ For 10 bucks its a great present for any gunslinger fan. I always buy more manga than anime due to it lasts me longer, read it anywhere and i can usally* get more manga for the price of an anime dvd. I love it!

The manga was pretty good, even though mine had a few instances where the world bubbles would be in the binding or the words weren't directly in the bubble. The anime and the manga seem to follow the same storyline. I like the cover the the manga. Can't wait for the next one to come out!

Gunslinger Girl Manga Volume 3

This volume rocks and the story is yet to finish.
A lot of action in this volume, action fans should be quite happy. As you can see above, the bionic operators did not have things their way all the time.

ADV definitly needs to hurry up...and after watching the anime, the manga vol.1 just don't give me as much enjoyment as the anime (though it's still great)...I really want to read the stuff that's not in the anime

I see, so that's why... I remembered looking at some Bittersweet Fools pictures before... I thought it has a similar style as Gunslinger Girl.

Hmm... minori got a .ph domain, hehe (Philippine domain name)
