That last part with the revealing of an apparent 'Will of the Network' that overwrites even Last Order came out of nowhere... Is what I initially thought, but then I remember that somewhere out there is a being known as [Full-Tuning] that we still have not yet seen...

Well the "Will of the Misaka Network" did say if Accelerator took the easy road she would put him in a deeper hell then he ever imagine. What sort of the hell it would be is left to the imagination

well how i intepret it....(or my dirty side is...)basically the the "will of misaka network" or the full tuning say is if you mess up ill plunge you into hell worse than death...since it impossible for last order to kill herself (or is it?) to accelerator hell that worse than death is for last order to leave him...basically NTR hell to kamijou-chan...
