Ryouga's Anime/Game A-Cappella group VIDEOS INSIDE!
Hey all!
So a little backstory here. I'm the president of my college's Anime club, and one day me and my co-prez decided we wanted to make an unofficial A-Cappella group that sang game and anime music. Well, the only people we had were ourselves, and whoever in the club wanted to jump in. What this meant was that we didn't know what sort of talent we'd be getting. Fortunately, we got quite a bit. We compiled some songs, and proceeded to hold a concert and sing them. These were all arranged by our arranger and bass, Zed. Keep in mind, we are not professionals, and only half of us have true singing experience. Still, I hope you find something to your liking, and spread the word about us: Kitties on Sunday. =p The following videos were recorded at one of our rehearsals, so some of them are a little rough. I'm surprised at how good your group is. Those are pretty darn fun. While I enjoyed them all, Libera Me From Hell is definitely the best of them. I love those layered vocals.
I'll be hoping you post more in the future.

Nice work on all of them!
I was also thinking about trying to start up an anime/game a capella group (hopefully to sing for fun at Fanime and other area anime conventions), and stumbled up on your post. I'd love to get ahold of your a capella arrangements, and hopefully exchange any arrangements I pull together. I haven't done much yet, although also recorded a Song of Prayer/Hymn of the Fayth ( http://jimb.cx/files/music/SongOfPrayer.mp3 ), a male quartet version. |
