It's pretty tough to translate it into English.

童貞 means you haven't sticked it in, while 貞操 means you haven't been sticked with.

It's one reason why I ditched translating this funny short comic where C.C. makes fun of Lelouch being a 童貞, and he tries to geass Kallen into taking his virginity at school but geassed Suzaku instead

Ah well no one said that it was easy to translate

. I often enough bang my head on the wall as to how to translate this or that as well..
