Live action Danshi koukousei no Nichijou and Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui! Ahaha nice april fools. They were aware DKnN and WgMnwDkmOgW (Watamote ) were popular among foreigners. . . . Sorry. Last edited by Akarin; 2012-04-01 at 04:21. |

It seemed there'd be extra skits for each BD/DVD, and the first one is called High School Boys and Ideals, which shares some similarity with Episode 11's High School Boys and Chitchat...
Spoiler:
It has been fansubbed by a few Chinese fansub groups; let's hope [sage] would do this as well...

Finally got round to watching the last ep.
Was good stuff, loved how Habara was just not catching on about Karasawa, she is rather clueless but was somewhat oh so sweet as well The dream thingy I wasn't expecting but it was pretty good, all the pairings! Overall a solid comedy series, many lolz had and do hope to get more some time later. Gonna miss alot of characters from this series.

Thanks for the note on the special. Watched it. It was typical Nichibros.
I seem to have read a Hikasa Yoko version of Bungaku Shoujo's theme in the DVDs. Is that true? Also, will there be an actual CD for the song? Also, I found this nicovideo (not sure if link's allowed) that shows Emi's scene in the DVDs, particularly when she got "wet". Spoiler:

3387 for week 1 through Tuesday, which isn't too bad. It's another rare show like Inu x Boku that's a 50-50 split between BD and DVDs, which makes sense, as the audience seems pretty much an even gender split.

Well, the problem is that unlike other similar adaptations like Minami-ke, Mitsudomoe and Shinryaku Ika Musume, they didn't pad the material at all. They just jack-hammered short skits one right after the other, while those other shows stretched them out and made them 10 or 12 minutes long.

FYI: Two skits in Ep 12: HSB & Assertiveness and HSB & Getting Hit On were apparently specially drawn by the mangaka for the anime.

About 3700 for V1. Not awful, above the Manabi Line - as expected about a 50-50 otaku/fujoshi (BD/DVD) split, like Inu x Boku. It's nothing spectacular, but I don't see anything in those numbers that would discourage Sunrise from doing another season eventually, especially if they maintain them over the full release.

finished watching the whole series, and i must say it is the best daily life comedy i have ever seen, the anime is totally hilarious
the last episode was getting emotional ,but that dream joke was completely over the top i hope it gets a second season as soon as possible

As an aside... I found the animators have cleaned up Hidenori's appearance a lot. He looks so-so in the manga, but the anime changes to his hair made him quite handsome looking...
