Finished it some days ago. Meh, I want more! It really makes you want to just jump in there and play together with them (although I never had a chance to play it). And

Spoiler for last episode spoilers:

And I again, I want more! Now off to finish 5th Major season, total opposition of Ookiku Furikabutte.

Anyone watch the OVA that came out recently? Seems like the "accident" wasn't so accidental after all.

I just noticed this anime and was wondering, was the 26 episode 2007 first season licensed or something? Since it's not here.

Yes, the first season was licensed by Funimation as "Big Windup!". And apparently did not do well with the American audiences.

Based on the amount of SWAG available at Animate! and Toranoana, it seems to have done better with the Japanese audiences. Especially fujoshi, presumably.

How many chapters are there in the manga? I'm sad to see the anime end (almost done watching it) but the manga only goes as far as the anime it seems. Ppl say only 25 chapters or so, but i kow there are other ones, up to the 50s.

Guys I'm just watching ep 26 of S1 right now (which is sort of like the prequel to season 2) and I have a question for you guys:

What are dorsal muscles and how do the Japanese exercise them?
