New Character GET: Kirifu Megumi, Level 4 Telekinesist.

Another speculah: The guy with the Stiyl hairstyle is probably not a Telekinesist, and he probably fooled Kirifu into believing that he is a weak Telekinesist. He has probably a powerful ability that might trump the Tokiwadai Telekinesist.

I'm pretty sure in that last image his balloon was already destroyed, but it looks like he isn't doing this just for the game

(Gut feeling from the atmosphere, but also I swear one of the words in the narrative was "Assassin" or something)

Yeah his ballon was destroyed, but I think the ballon of the Tokiwadai girl too.
If you noticed, there was another person helping him during the "missing" pages.

EDIT FROM chinese scan: The guy that was runing (in those spoilers) was a level 0, he used himself as a bait, so the other one that was hiding (level 2) was able to beat that Tokiwadai girl (by breaking her paper ballon on her head while she was distracted).

I'm glad the railgun manga has finally shown a level 0 taking out a higher level through smarts. And. It. Was. Awesome.

Well, no. It was a Level 0 and a Level 2 vs a Level 4. And they completely fooled her. And it Was awesome. No argument there.

Tokiwadai girls might actually be lucky that they got an Imouto... wouldn't be surprised if she is the only one to stay "alive" due to being careful enough.

Mikoto would be hax since she could sense everyone so impossible to ambush her. And well GG trying to avoid her attacks.

But if they had listened at the Misaka clone it wouldn't even be a competition any more. And I expect her to bring out her trusty rifle and snipe every one of the enemies balloons as well later on!

From what I understand, they prepared a tactic for every nemesis. They probably have something in store for Miko-chan as well.

Chaff would be a nice way to counter Mikoto..... But it's Imouto we're talking about. I figure that her military training would give Imouto an edge over Mikoto in this kind of event. Talk about Tokiwadai getting lucky.

Although it's nice to see a low level school make a challenge for Tokiwadai, I can't wait to see Imouto owning them by tactics... They probably won't feel that bad if they lose that way rather than by being overpowered.

BTW, I loved the "It's... it's not like I want to participate in the events or anything though. Misaka tries explaining Tsundere style"

Imouto manage to evade the attacks of level 0 even without using an ability. Banzai for Imouto but Mikoto would probably just fry them -_- and and when they switch. The next picture we got is a bruise in Mikoto's legs and she's down >.> ....eh.. nice one?
