Anything from Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan and the final episode of School Days. Saya no Uta would probably be on my list if it were adapted into anime, but I personally wouldn't watch it. Just having a glimpse at the CGs and summaries of the VN convinced me it wouldn't be my kind of show. No offense at all to any fans of Saya no Uta though.

I was thinking of replying to this thread with those examples, but you beat me to the punch. Basically, most of the arc openers of the first season are extremely disturbing to yours truly

Any anime where with prior notice.....two beautiful cute girls kisses each other out of the blue disturbs me alot. It ruins my mood in continuing to watch an anime, for example... the two witches in Horizon... shit!

Gore is not all that disturbing to me. I'd be interested in scenes that make you feel uneasy, like you want to stop watching. I can't think of many animated examples, though.

I'm seconding Berserk. Manga takes it up a notch.

Not very good to the stomach while watching it and at the same time eating dinner. Blood-C had tons of gore near the end (and they're now uncensored on the BDs). Also some graphicly violent scenes got me all excited. Truly a great show. Honorable mention goes to End of Evangelion: Spoiler: You know, THAT scene. Not really all that shocking, but disturbing in its own way. Poor Shinji must have had so much going through his head at the time. And Asuka does look awfully tempting just lying there. I know she won't kick back this time. edit: Damn.
