Love Hina (14 voluems complete) - this is more comedy than it is romance though.

Ichigo 100% (chapter 76 translated - still going) - Lovable characters.

midori no hibi / pastel / lilim kiss / pretty face / oh my goddess (29 volumes have fun)

what did you mean by traditional anime art.
