As to why Gaara can still use Sand...well the simple answer is that because he was the Jinchuuriki for the Ichibi his body adapted to the Bijuu resulting in the permanent acquisition of the Sand abilities.

Can anyone tell me how the production of the anime works? 'cause after seeing the last arc (with H & K) I noticed that the animation style was different with almost every episode. Do multiple studios work on it or something? Also something I was thinking of, how long does it aprox. take to create one episode?

One episode right now takes one week since the anime team is doing the script as well. The animation is probably assigned to a different person every week and cycles through so that everyone chips in.

The Yondaime is dead (or presumed dead). The only time he has appeared alive was during a flashback arc detailing Kakashi's youth (the Yondaime was Kakashi's teacher). Sadly enough, this flashback arc has never been animated and seemingly never will.

speaking of which,why do you think it is? why kakashi gaiden arc was never animated?is there any particular reason?
(i personally dont get it at all..they produce all these fillers and naruto movies, but still have this canon story unused..although it would possibly make a great movie,and it would make fans really happy..)

Spoiler for manga spoilers: That being said Minato Namikaze (the Yondaime) was Naruto's father. I say 'was' because Minato is dead. The mother is or was Kushina Uzumaki (it is unknown if she is alive or dead, though she is spoken of as if she had died). Naruto received his family name from his mother's side for currently unknown reasons (not that the action of taking the woman's family name is that uncommon in Japan).
