The fandom can take care of the subs; as for the voices, they can do that too. Whether or not any of them will be good is quite dependent on trial and error.

If the fans are dedicated to sharing their money to the studios to hire, I'd say go for it.

Nicovideo has many combinations and testers of possible seiyuu for each character.

But I still want Yui Horie as Reimu!

The Maikaze seiyuus (except for mai nakahara) matched their character while Rie Tanaka used the wrong voice range.

Nayuta or Yukari Tamura for Yuyuko!

Just watch the new anime. The artwork is good but just need seiyus. I guess, the studio did that on purpose for the fans so that thy can select who is the best seiyu each the character. They should have use the Touhouvania 2 cast, that would be nice.

There isn't a studio, it's a fanmade production. Although it REALLY looks like a professional work.

PS: Since Touhou Fantasy Kaleidoscope has nothing to do with "Anime Tenchu + Touhou", shouldn't it have it's own thread?

Maybe a thread for general Touhou animation (or renaming this thread as such)? I don't think the Maikaze animation got its own thread either.

They imply that since Reimu was busy with this Incident she didn't notce Sanae and her family, the bigest troublemakers around, crossing over which leads to the Incident's of games 10, 11, 12, 12.3, and indrectly 13.
