The artist(s) who sang this song, surely sang another anime OP/ED but i can't remember which, and heck it hurt my head trying to find it out. Went back up to 4 years of my anime history and still can't find the answer. Couldn't find out the name of the artist or a website that i can check which which artists sing which OP or ED...

Artist for "true my heart" is ave;new http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ave;new
Sakura Saori is part of ave;new and has a song Kiss my lips that sounds very similar to true my heart and was also in the nico nico kumikyoku mix, playing right after true my heart. maybe thats the song youre thinking of?
