Chapter 18 is out, Thanks you snoopycool ... I was right, Yuu's lies really got something to do with the conversation from chapter 1.

Like what most people guess...It is just a simple misunderstanding got blown out of proportion.

- Yuu and the girl (apparently Mitsuki's best friend) went out to get Mitsuki's b'day present....

- Both of them told her white lies... but mitsuki accidentally saw em together.

- Well that alone should not be so bad (this happen a lot ) but since Mitsuki is a bit screwed up in the head..... she strangled that girl asap

- I guess even if they tried to explain stuff to her, it might not work.

- The part where she tripped on Yuu's leg and accidentally got sliced on the neck is a bit lame so easy meh...

- I might be mistaken though since one panel on that scene is blurry. Looks like her ankle also got caught on something.

- Turned out her bar code is not the master/wolf bar code since it can't open the last door. Either it is mitsuki own doing or another person is behind this all.

- In the 1st place how did she transport everyone to that place anyway (after drugging em) and the other past victims too. The set up also seems to be pretty complicated to be done by her alone.

Lame? whaa?

She didn't trip over his leg at all, in his struggle he kicked her ankle which if you have forgotten is the ankle that was already injured by Yuu in a few chapters back when he capture the unmasked mitsuki.

And because Yuu was pointing the scalpel out like that...

But the real revelation came with knowing that Mitsuki might not be the wolf...oh shit ^^'

Ahh ok, so her ankle was injured....that explained it, Thanks!! Totally forgot about that.I thought how come she fell down so easily from just a kick. Haha the copy I got somehow missing the last A-note and credits from snoopycool

Still it is kind of... Yuu got so lucky the axe didn't fall on his head.

Judging from the axe position and mitsuki's left hand before she is about to swing and after she fell, it should have at least sliced him a bit (on the arms). Could be Mitsuki's doing though (last minute regret -_- ) .....am just reading too much into it

Mitsuki may not be the main wolf ... something similar to Saw plot. Looking back at her conversation with Yuu, it looks like her father became comatose not too long ago. Yuu is completely oblivious to that despite them being a close childhood friend. So she could not have killed that many people and gone through so many games in such a short time.

Then again since she is a psycho ^^ her acting maybe too perfect for Yuu to notice anything.

Was actually expecting Rei to be alive and a fair share of hypnotism involved. But wasn't actually expecting her to not be handicapped.

But I was actually guessing on a reset ending where Yuu would wake up at the party with everyone alive, leading to one of those coming-of-age stories since there were a lot of inconsistencies. But they pretty much explained alot of things than leaving it up in the air. Still not sure what to make of the current Rei, her personality was completely off from the beginning of the series and they already played the insane card on Mitsuki.

Still expecting a last twist to come.

Perfect description of doubt. Fun but gets predictable. Still though i hope the author doesn't end the series when this is done. I want him to make another scenario like this with maybe more characters with new backgrounds and stories and a new villain.

btw it's fun re-reading doubt and spotting clues that you missed before(maybe it was only me who missed them though)
