On topic: no, it doesn't affect to my behaviour and -in fact- it has just the opposite effect. IMO, every lawsuit GIAA, RIAA, etc, make gives a very bad image of the whole industry, thus I do not want to support such companies that are willing to threaten their own "potential" customers, like they would put it.
