I'm even more convinced now that this Railgun's daihaisensai is a way to buy time till Kamachi figures out what to do with it

It never takes this long for him to start a new crisis before...

Sorry guys, can't do that. The thing is, the raws are not originally mine and I have an agreement with my source to not spread them without his authorization, which he is unlikely to give (apparently he got himself in trouble for something like this in the past).

That girl is certainly XOCHITL.
The guy on phone reffered to her as "aztec lady" (OCR + google translate).

The chapter is for some reason number 44.5 and not 45.
I don't get why Kamachi just didn't put it together with the last chapter then.
I mean they together would be just about the size of a normal monthly chapter.

Technically Etzali shouldn't appear at all. When he meet her in the novels he didn't knew that other Aztec Magicians where in Academy City and judging by their dialog when they meet in the novels, they can tell apart the disguise spell just by seeing it from somewhat close.

I always thought that Xochitl disguise girl was pretty cute, nice to see her actually get a part, we might even heard her fake name or meet the original.
