For Raising Heart, you can refer to the OP of either A's or StrikerS. During the flashing of weapons, you can pause and see Raising Heart. It's quite detailed.

Lol, Welcome, Kha. That picture of the Nanoha figurine was from a Singaporean blogger showing off the "capacity" of ALTER's Nanoha. I still prefer Kotobukiya's more bad-ass version tho.

I translated the titles on my own and changed a few terms. I list those changes I did at bottom of the post.

First, I changed "Sector 6" into "Lost Property Riot Force 6" since Wikipedia says so.

Second, I have Gameshark(or 金手指 in Chinese) translated as Cheat cartridge since the original term more likely refers to game-cheating devices in general.

BTW I don't understand why you guys think it is hard to get the joke. It just means new characters are way weaker than old ones, but they can beat Nanoha\Fate\Hayate in action for no good reason but they are the protagnists of the show now(on the contrary, the artist refers those returning characters as the protagnists of previous series) like a lot of protagnists in shonen shows have done. They can kick anyone's @$$ easily, which looks like they are playing game with some powerful cheating devices. You should notice their titles - the anticipations for StrikerS before airing. Only my opinion though, hope it can help.

From what you have said, you still don't fully understand the cheat cartridge joke... (hint: in order to understand this joke you'll first have to be able to laugh about the similarities of Shikis' Mystic Eyes and Shirou's Avalon...)
