Proof should be here: https://twitter.com/akinashi_yu/stat...77946194776064 I can't confirm it, though because I dont't really understand the language. Artists are Suzumori and Yuuki Itsuka according to getchu and similar databases or ANN. |

Finally, more news on this.
The studio will be Gonzo and is set to premiere in January (Winter) 2016. The official site has a domain address but it isn't working yet. http://otakomu.jp/archives/293704.html http://aokana.net/animation

There was a preview of the first episode a few days ago. Here are some shots of it. Any impressions from those who read the VN?

Hmm........
This seemed pretty generic although the artwork looks fresh. Character designs looks familiar compared to Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate. The music and setting has an atmospheric feeling to it. And well, idk how I feel about Kurashina. Maybe we'll understand more about her character soon.

A pretty reasonable start. Was a bit surprised at Asuka being basically the main character of the episode considering its source material. Though her being new at this thing and the catalyst for the story to take off, I suppose it does make sense.
Certainly Asuka is a bundle of energy if nothing else. The kind of person who will get the story moving. While pretty clumsy in a lot of ways, does apparently have some talent for this sport inside of her. The cast seems alright. Misaki basically gets to be 2 characters with the variation between her morning self and afternoon self. May be one of the more varied members of the cast going from tired in the mornings, energized later in the day and also seems to reach the middle ground well enough. Hinata seems like a reasonable male lead for the show. Once we see more of his backstory should get a better feel for him. Solid start.

My Lord, something about this episode seriously annoyed the hell out of me. Aside from the protagonist, everyone else is like screeching nails on chalkboard. We've got a girl who speaks too much, too loud, and in the most annoyingly obnoxious manner, an osananajimi with almost similarly personality, and then another girl who keeps spouting random nonsense like it's supposed to be funny or anything. Just 15 minutes into the episode, and it already drained my energy down to critical point. Seriously, what's with VN and heroines with erratic speech patterns and obnoxious behaviours?
