The next ep looks to be "filler" - a swimsuit episode with a director who's not working on anything I've seen or care about and the other two main staff are pretty much untried.

Well some interesting information with episode 11. Though it can be simplified as Geacht'er not trusting anyone. Plus he's pretty manipulative over everyone around him. One member of each team that has an incredibly high regard for him. Not to mention he has them spying on the other teams to create mistrust between the teams and having him as the only one they trust.

Hmm, whose subs are you guys watching? I've noticed Anbu's episodes 7-10 has a lot of artifact problems. Anyone else get that?

I watch all of them. The raws often have artefacts so it depends on which they use.

Interesting episode 11 - with Geacht'er getting each team to spy on the other two.

I reckon there is a good chance that either Torch and Shade are under deep deep deep cover, or will defect back to the 'good guys'. Or at least Torch will.

can you post examples of artifact problems with episode #'s and timestamps? We shouldn't have any artifact problems so I'd like to see if it's a problem with our encode or if the problem is on your end (video decoder/coreavc) You can send me a PM if you want.

btw ep13 is the swimsuit episode :P

Just watched the 12th episode (thank you guys at ANBU

) and I can only say one thing: now that we know where Eclair and Lumiere are can we skip to the part where they return and we get rid of Ascouer? Onegaigozaimasu. I really can't stand that girl, she's such a blockhead it makes me want to facepalm every time she speaks.

Hmm, this show is improving... Maybe they try to make up for the shitfest they delivered with ep2-9 by actually having a decent cast, story and sci-fi action now. Its almost frightening by how much it improves everytime the focus is not on our main girls whos names i cant even spell properly let alone pronounce ^^

Character scenes in ep11 for GS-Society gave the antagonists some much needed screentime. Giving them motive and emotions other then "hurr, destroy all!" is very welcome.

Flahbacks and Explanations in EP12 do give me hope that KG-AND turns out to be a very worthwhile watch, but they need to improve even more to make me forget Ep6. That one made me want to stop existing in the same universe as its creators.

Last but not least we get some shipping fodder! I know romance is not this shows focus, but still, it hints at certain pairings:

Didn't this happen in Kiddy Grade for Eclaire and Lumiere too? I don't think it really implies anything other than closeness.

I usually implify closeness by hugging or private code. But then again im well aware that this show doesnt need to go anywhere in regards to romance. The other aspects are improving enough.

^wasn't there a new baby at the end of the original KG who's name was chew? i mean it's probably a different person, but just same name.

i need to go rewatch the last epi of KG to be certain...

Just confirmed it... There is a baby named Cheu born on the last episode of Kiddy Grade...

So basically, Armburst is Sommer right now. And his partner (what was her name again?) is the current GTO director right??

No wonder they are all over each other when no one looks. -Shade and Torch have some yaoi vibe going: "im bored when you are not around." But Torch also likes the Spy Maiden to be his Bedbunny for a night, so i dont know how this will unfold. Shade also seems to like the GS-Societys Leader, he wants to be more then a barely trusted henchman to him. -Ascoeur and Q-feuille get some yuri subtext in Ep12 "i was feeling wierd, like when i first saw you". Also, in the ED (they switch EDs faster then i can scan them for plot-hints) Ascoeur and Q-feuille overlap with their mouths and then hold hands (in both EDs). Also, everytime Dia powers them up, they have an indirect Kiss. I wonder if the storywriters have the balls to go further then that. I certainly hope so, caus every good show needs some yuri! Just have to keep the main team alive long enough to save them. Considering how important their lives were I'm surprised they sent Trixie's team anywhere at all. Good thing they had a spare around. Not bad pulling Chevalier in here since it helps give Ascoeur and Q-fueille extra motivation and hits home the seriousness of it. __________________ Anime-Evo
