as someone told me, it is in the meaning that now Shioon thinks he is on par with Hyuk and so Hyuk thinks that just because he got the title or Gaju now he overstimates himself

With Shioon challenging him, and they begin their little session, most get the feeling he has changed due to him becoming Gaju, but after everything that has happened it would be stupid if this is what he believes because he leads the SunWoon clan that doesn't sound like the normal Shioon however with all the changes that has happened its understandable that some have come to this conclusion.

Don't think this is the end of their spar in the slightest, he may be recovering but it would be stupid if it ended just like that, he has yet to make the prodigy feel anxious like before in their last battle. Even the nine arts dragon would be disappointed if Shioon got over his head to become just like another murim fighter.

I think Hyuk is still under the assumption that he's a puppet for the Sunwoo.

This to a tee.

Hyuk sees the confidence in Shioon's attacks and thinks that he's gotten a big head because of it. He has NO IDEA of the crap that Shioon went through to get to this level.

There is a certain confidence in the way a black belt fights. Whether or not he is a GOOD black belt will be determined later but there is a certain 'air' or 'swagger' that they have about them. A 'swagger' is more prideful and usually denotes a less than adequate fighter but sometimes, those guys have the skills to back it up. Hyuk is just misinterpreting Shioon's confidence for 'swagger'.

... I don't know if that makes sense or not to others...

Someone mentioned that the author plan to end New waves this year, does that mean that there are only 10 or so chapters.
If so not only this will be the last fight of part 2 but if they make it too short whats the point in making it the final showdown but too long and there will only get to see 9DA plane landing.
They do plan to make 142 chapters, Double than part 1?

Chapter 133 reminded me about how much character development Shioon has gotten.

Compare him from the first few chapters of the first series to Chapter 133 of New Waves.

Quite the difference, eh?
