Railgun seems to be losing connection with Index... I liked the episode and all , but how did Misaka signe up for sisters project?!
She is obiously against it all in Railgun yet somehow in Index she herself took part in cruel researches, how the hell does it work?

She "signed up", if you can call it that, when she was a kid. She just agreed to give a sample, back when she was in elementary school.
