And since the goal of the show was to make it ''Endless", the producers will certainly endeavour to make us, the audience who are so used to two-parters feel the same. If so, I'm going to be piqued on at least a few episodes on how they (re)animate the same stuff without boring people. They've certainly upped the gloom in this episode(since the start of the ep, and not the revelation, but after it the gloom went up exponentially), and I certainly hope, if you won't allow me to guess, that it ends next week.

I lost patience and just watched the raw. Way too overtly fanservicey at times, but later on the lighting effects established the mood fabulously with me--just as powerful as the lighting at the end of Mysterique Sign, except extended for so many more minutes.

I actually really need subs to comment any further because of how dialogue-heavy it is, though.

Still, I'd like to see some of the later arcs, and not have an entire season wasted on a single story that could have taken up one episode.

I strongly advise people not to watch Haruhi raws if they don't understand Japanese.

Anyway this episode gets a 10 for me, the dramatics were outstanding and kyoani has guts.

I would simply enjoy it that way. : / But I like time loops, and I'm not an excessive Haruhi fan, so there's no way I'd rage about it to begin with. Nor will I be bothered if it ends in 3-parts, either.

If KyoAni keep up the creation of all-new animation for every episode, then I will have no complaints.

If kyoani views the entire Endless 8 as 1 episode and we still get 26 episodes, I will not have complains lol

The worst part is that as of the end of this episode, they've officially run out of canon material to use in the next episode (Aside from the very, very last scene). What a terrible directorial decision, the next episode is going to be even more boring than this one as they just used the one interesting scene they skipped in the previous episode.

Be particularly fun if certain scenes became "spot what changed", while others changed drastically.
