I hope that the OVA will last for 40 minutes each. I doubt that 22 minutes would be enough to cover a single volume of the light novels. Although I don't know how much plot a volume of the light novels contains.

I think it's obvious that they won't cover everything.

An averagely faithful, acceptable (length-wise) adaptation of a 300-page LN volume is about 3 episodes.

Dengeki Bunko website says the OVA will start from vol 11. This means the OVA will cover the last 5 volumes. That's why I also hope each OVA episode will be a lot longer.

The official anime website has been updated: http://www.nogizaka-haruka.com/

The news sections says the OVA series will be released from 29/8 for vol 1 until 28/11 for vol 4.

The titles for the OP and ED themes are:
オープニングテーマ 「ハッピィエンドは秘密(ひみちゅ)」
エンディングテーマ 「バイバイ☆大作戦」

The OP theme's title makes me want to see the ending so badly because it means "the happy ending is a secret".

^Oh man there is so much in this PV.
Who is that Yuto at 0:48?
And a declaration of war at 1:23?

There's gonna be a special airing of the first episode on TV. The earliest will be on August 16th 25.00-25.30 on Tokyo MX.

Which means only 6 days until we can see the first episode!

The reason I wasn't too keen on the 2nd season is because after the first season I was very sure that they will finally do the deed. This OVA better have some x-rated stuff which is a clear indication of these two moving up on the bases and I don't care if the pope walks in on them. They better continue with the deed even if the pope is clearing his throat to announce his presence in the room while he attempts to avert his eyes. Anything less is a failure. *shakes fist at every character that has interrupted those two just when they were about to engage after an willing Haruka's consent.*

No more interruption will be tolerated.

^I seriously doubt they'll stop pestering them, as much as I'd love them to, as that is my only pet peeve from Purezza.

And from the PV, it seems that the other girls will still try to win Yuuto over, despite knowing he chose Haruka.

Here's the OP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngUePjKWz8M

Even the OP is teasing us about how this series will end from the scenes and its title (the OP's title means "The happy ending is a secret").

this was one of the first series i watched that primarily focused on romance. I always avoided the genre so i was surprised at how much i enjoyed this show. I then went back to watch it last year and realized how bad the show actually is compared to other shows in the same genre. I cant decide if i want to watch this just for the sake of completing it or if i should avoid it.

So is Dengeki trying to end all of their series or something?

Shana III Finale
Zero F
Nogizaka Finale

What's next, Index F?

Well, Zero no Tsukaima was Media Factory, but that notwithstanding I think there was a bit of a trend to give closure to a bunch of older series while new ones take their place. Personally, I really liked that trend, even though I doubt it was all that financially lucrative for them to do so. It feels like a bit of a loyalty play for long-time fans.

Dengeki still has a ton of franchises both new and on-going, though, so no worries about that.

Oops, didn't realize that about Zero... all these J.C. Kugyuu series all flow alike.

But it's just interesting how it seems all coordinated around this time frame.
