Once again, my post above, damn everyone knew the truth. It's just that some of them feel they're shouldn't say anything to keep general population from going panic (except the reporters of course, "In the name of truth" indeed. ).

@ Senpai - What should hr injury be?
Side note - Back to the question last night: Cateurizing a wound stops the bleeding, right? Does it do anything else? @ Yachi - All we know is that it uses a lance and can manipulate water to the extent of making clones of herself.

Well, some bruise and scratch at the least, just not make her came out untouched.
As for cauterization: the resulting scar does not worth the healing, also has good risk of infection if did improperly.

@ Senpai - Bruises it is. Irish gets his arm broken again and even more bruises and cuts. Good thing the skull suit heals scars.
SIde note - I'm planning to use the cauterization on Michael's chapter after he pulls the glass out of himself. He's not really worried about scars.

I think a fission reaction would still explode. An explosion is actually just the sudden release of a massive amount of energy in short period of time. Nuclear reactor meltdown usually result in explosion because the energy inside the reactor builds up due to not being cooled by the cooling system. So internal energy builds up. Since the reactor cannot release internal energy by heat then it releases by work, which translates to forced expansion inside the reactor.
Cutting a reactor while it's undergoing fission would probably result in an explosion, just relatively smaller than a built-up meltdown. That is all according to my understanding. |
