I used to be an avid pokemon anime viewer. But I never really thought of it as an anime. I was very young at the time.

Years later, I saw Rurouni Kenishin and I was pretty much hooked then

Probably either Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon or Inuyasha. I just got done watching school days which sucked..>.> all of the endings are the death ones, where's the happy ones??

Anyways, probably dragon ball, if you consider that an official anime.

My first thought is always Naruto, but thats because i was a kid when i watched pokemon and Digimon so i never thought of those two as anime.

Eh, the first anime I watched was "My Neighbor Totoro"; Hayao Miyazaki is a genius. ^-^

DBz, Sailor Moon, Doraemon. I have a vague memory... it's one of the 3.
Slayer.. I was told that I have seen it before, but.. I couldn't remember it at all.

It's been too long ago. The first anime I've seen would have been in 1988 when I was 3. Doraemon would come very close to the top of the list.

I'm pretty sure it was My Neighbor Totoro. But the anime that got me starting to watch a lot of anime was Yu Yu Hakusho.

My first anime was... hu I dont remeber its name =) but I the first anime series Ive seen.
That was Captain Future... and it was a long time ago.
And the first anime movie was A K I R A.
Damn I love this film.

I believe it was Escaflowne, but I wasn't even aware it was anime at the time. I think the first time I was conscious of it being anime was Outlaw Star.

I used to watch Sailor Moon whenever it was on in the 90's, but since I was so young, my mother didn't like me watching it. So I didn't get to watch all of those when it was banned in my house.

The first ever animé I watched avidly and was obssessed with...was probably Pokémon.
