Freedom, those are custom skins for the program Rain-meter. The skins were made by Solwyvern.. (check the spelling of the name..

) You can find them on his site, on his user profile..

ummm....sorry for being so ignorant....but....how do I use them?

You'll have to download/install the rain-meter program first of all. It's just a utility that helps keep track of things like CPU usage, ram use, and some other things.
(search google for it)

Then once you have gotten the skins, just unzip the file that they're in into the skins folder of the program in program files.

Once that's done, right click the icon that will be in your taskbar, go to the config menu and click on the NanohaS option.

Alisa's time. Although I am not going to vote Saimoe Tournament 2007 (I'm too lazy to do so), but I hope Alisa will do well in Round 16. Namely, I hope she can get third place, with 1st and 2nd places must be engaged by Vita and Kagami of Lucky Star already.
