Not as awesome as the first episode of the first season, but it's still up there. BakaTest still is my #1 show of the season despite there being good anime this cour (like say, Penguin and Memopad), because it's one of the few anime whose humour transcends the language barrier.

And yeah, can't get enough Shoko. <3

A beach episode right off the bat! Way to start off the season. But... but... why is Hideyoshi forbidden to show more skin than the girls?! I never thought I'd ever be disappointed not to see a boy topless. Hideyoshi is truly in a league of his own.

I thought the whole episode was very funny. It's so good to see the lovely Shouko again <3

I recognized Shouko and Minami right away at the end except... that wasn't Minami. That's a M.Night level of twist they pulled out here.

I almost forgot that the males in this great show lose so much blood. Oh well I'm glad this is back.

It was a nice first episode. I kept smiling and laughing from start to finish. I'm also glad they still included the pencil sketch-like scenes, those are epic. Though I still prefer the first season's OP than the second's. The first one is more upbeat and comedic unlike the second one which gives off an impression that the second season will incline more on the romance part than comedy.

Also...more Hideyoshi and Shouko please!

I hope so, but then it destroy's Hazuki's mystery.. heh

I want it to GROW. The OVA basically said in the OP that Hazuki is more important than the other 2.

BTW Has anyone deciphered all the Pictures in the new OP YET?

BOY=GIRL - Hideyoshi
TASER - Shouko
GIRL=GIRL - That girl who likes Minami
BUNNY = Mizuki
DOG COLLAR = Yuuji

I still don't get it why Himeji and Minami being so obsessive towards Akisha... Just being a kind guy isn't good enough to warrant 2 girls to love him to death.

Himejii's relationship with Aki was in Junior high. I don't know about Minami's.

From what I can glimpse from the thought processes of some of the guys here (and in Japan), being a kind person and sticking to one's morals is a perfectly valid reason to like somebody.

I need more now. I dont think the first episode of the 1 2nd season is as funny as 1st episode of the first season but damn it was up there. Oh how much i missed this series.
