Yeah, why can't we all just accept the "comic relief trio". Might as well have a few laughs, instead of following the manga 100%. After seeing the recent development in the manga, these guys hardly compare to what kubo whips out.

hmm.....sounds like there's too many hardcore manga fans that don't like mod soul trio. Maybe one of the mod should make a poll on who like them, or not. I don't really see how they interfere with the main plot. I say 4 comic reliefs are better than one.

Well....i can't wait to watch this episode. it's been good for me so far.

Offtopic: For the love of.... what will it take before this pointless exercise of whining every freaking episode discussion threads from the both side of, those that whines about fillers, and those that whines about people who whine about fillers. These useless back and forth yapping needs to stop that are only instigating further whining. These people don't seem to understand the fans are powerless to do virtually anything about their personal liking and disliking. What is worse, these people aren't mature enough to tolerate each other opinion. Hence, I believe it's about time the mods intervene.

From here on, I'll start deleting these pointless whining posts and those posts that whine about whining. If those posts persist from the same group of people, then some BANS will be handed out.

Constructive criticisms are always acceptable, so sensible posters need not worry about the above.

For the select few folks who I'm trying to warn, please... please I beg of you, stick to the episode discussion as best as you can. Don't make it personal everytime you spot a flaw in a post that expresses an opinion. Enjoy yourself and let others who are reading you enjoy as well.

This episode was interesting to me but at the same time i was dissapointed

i was really looking forward to this episode being full of action and everything without so much talk, well less than usual, i dunno why i guess the title just gave me the idea. that aside, ulquiorra's voice seemed good to me and overall the episode would have been an excellent one for those whom have not read the manga. I wonder how many souls that was that was totaly sucked away lol looked massive.

This is a picture from the manga where ulquiorra pulled down his jackets zipper, i just felt like showing it to you guys to compare how he looks lol, its not really much of a spoiler at all if you watched this episode. But for those who want to stay "manga free" don't look at this picture

It saddens me to see Chad getting his arm ripped to pieces again. I figured they would black and white that scene. I haven't seen the episode yet but in the manga i was confused on exactly what Yammy did to break Chads arm into pieces.

First half all completely useless chatter. Second half pretty good, the new Arrancar are pretty awesome, I wonder who they came for. Ichigo? Who are the 3 most powerful? Ichigo, Urahara, Isshin? Yet another huge cliffhanger. Oh well, another week until something good.

I think that guy's estimates are pretty generous. I don't think the anime team can or will want to work so closely (just a couple of weeks) behind the manga. Has that ever happened in anime? What's the closest anyone's known a TV anime to be to its manga?

My guess is it's not even possible. Given we have no idea how long an episode takes to make, various legal complications etc. etc.

I'd say your estimate of 20 something episodes is much more closer to what will actually happen before they have to stop animating the manga.

oh...my...god....AWESOME ep. Classic Bleach with a perfect mix of action and drama. The only thing that bothered me a bit was at some points, Chad was drawn well.....and then at other points (such as him running) he looks like a small skinny dude. Anyway, all in all it was a great ep and i cant wait for next week.

For those of you who read the manga can you fill me in on this......

It seems like Inoue will be reduced to support roles(healing) soon. She has no means of attacking at all. Unless a powerup comes soon, Inoue will probably die. Same goes for Chad.
