Ok. While I really can't read what their saying, this scene is obviously based of on one of the scenes A's Sound Stage 2, where Fate calls Chrono Onii-chan. In the original scenario, Chrono does a spit take, falls off his chair, proceeds to make funny excuses and goes off to his room while accidentally knocking a lot of stuff down.
Here, we get the 'a-little-sister-not-related-by-blood-moe!' reaction from Ero-suke.

Call me bias, but I'll never get tired of those...

... Now for someone to translate the words

My latest vector.

As I said before...I am ashamed to find that this is the first Nanoha vector I've ever done.

Sadly, I realize this when my free time is over.

I will come back with more of the two though when I get more free time...

If you want the PNG without Background...Go into the Fan Creations thread and get it.

The JPG:

Okay, sorry to dredge this up from 4 pages down, but I just noticed this when this picture came up when I was looking through my Nanoha stuff. If you look on her collar, you'll see a little line diagram. Well, that diagram symbol for Ideon. For those of you who don't know, Ideon is an old anime done by the same guy who did the original gundam. The main mecha is a 100 meter tall robot called Ideon. Ideon is one of the more powerful robots to come out of anime, with a black hole gun, a beam sword that can slice a planet in half, and a gun with infinite range that can blow away entire solar systems (I'm not entirely sure on this last one, but that's what I remember.) Finally, if you manage to destroy Ideon, it destroys the Universe. So with Nanoha now channeling the power of Ideon, whoever she's about to play with is, well, dead. Just thought this was funny when I noticed it, so I thought I'd share.

They might scanlated them eventually...but that page which I translated was only out yesterday and it is the first page for the StrikerS...so may be they will wait for more pages and scanlate them in one go instead of one page at a time.

Did Nomad just turn Nanoha into a ferret using Lost Technology? This is gold indeed! XD

I'll give it a try then...

The first 2 panels show the events of ep1, where Rein appears and confirms their participation in the rank promotion test.

Last bubble of 2nd panel

Rein: Your mage ranks are currently at C.

Third panel(R to L):

Rein: Oooh, Subaru's bodily proportions aren't bad at all~Maybe a little more in the chest area would be better though~But since your dressed boyishly its a-OK!
(I can't make out the tiny text that comes after it though...too small to read...)

Rein: As for Tiana...ara ara, with this height your weight isn't boding well at all~gotta grow at least 2cm more~

Tia: !!!
Subaru: What's she talking about?

Rein: Ah....Today you guys will be taking the test to upgrade your ranks to land-class B ranking..Am I correct?
(From actual ep)

4th Panel(R to L)

Tia(tiny text, so forgive me if I make anything out wrongly): Hey wait! What's our figures got to do with this test?

Rein: Its a habit of mine ^_^

Hayate: Good job Rein! You got the credentials to be an examiner down pat!

YAY the artist for A's nano is back! I look forward to more of his creations!

Thanks for translating humbug. I was going to do that page but there were 1 or 2 lines I just couldn't make out the meaning completely
Apparently Mikage Takashi (the author of A's nano...and now StrikerS web 4 panels) also done web 4 panels manga for other anime as well. Ages ago I read the 'Utawarerumono' by him, and just yesterday I read all of his Code Geass...I mean Code Geachu web 4 panels. I haven't check out the Code Geass thread but I wonder if anyone is translating those?

I hope I haven't got any mistakes there, as my understanding is rudimentary at best.

May I know the site where he publishes these? I'm very interested in his other works ..IIRC I read through the 2 Nanoha doujins in 1 shot ^^

Don't worry...I believe your translation is quite accurate there...but I think some of the English you used could have edited to sound better like 'Good job Rein!' you could have used 'Nice one Rein!' instead.

As for the 4 panels web manga site of the author, here you go:
怠惰な日常: http://ashitahadocchida.sakura.ne.jp/index.html

Actually, given that the original panel was "GJ", "Good Job" would be the better fit.

Cheers.

Yeah it is, I thought to retain the (I think gaming?)abbreviation in the original spirit of the 4koma, and it did have 'Good Job' in Katakana written beside the 2 letters anyway. *Goes to edit*

lol....is Rein catching Hayate's "flaws"?

Also, one of the things that make Hayate cute is her accent, who thinks the same?

I know the original panel used 'GJ', but the way the Japanese use the term 'Good job' is slightly different from the situation we use it in English. In that panel there, the 'GJ' there is closer to the meaning of 'Nice one!' or 'Well done!' than the 'Good job' which the meaning is more closer to 'completing a task in a well manner'.
