I think the best comedy anime on AnimeSuki is Kodomo no Ochoma, noted for its incredibly fast paced insanity (at the half-way point it often feels like you've watched an entire episode, so much has happened), combined with an underlying story which sometimes pokes its head out, and is actually very well done. Predominantly excellent comedy, with the ability to go occasionally serious.

Yes Kodomo was very funny, also very funny are Azumanga Daioh (licensed), Love Hina, GTO and Bobobo...
