I'm looking for more medieval or fantasy type of animes, kind of like Queen's Blade, Bakuretsu Hunters, Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu, Druaga etc.

Scrapped Princess, I highly recommend this.

Also, is it possible that you never watched Slayers? It's a lot more famous than Bakuretsu Hunters, while similar in style.
