Not Anime fan art..ok well there's one heh. I decided to combine 2 of my favorite things, Mechwarrior and WWII. Tried my best to make the 'mechs look like they were actually there when the photos were taken. Still kinda new to this.

Dang Silentpixel and Necrodeath those are really freaking good. All I have are my cut and pasting skills with some filters thrown in.

Another WW2 Battlemech pic for the D-Day Anniversary, not too happy with it but it was fun to make.

I love making em as much as you guys like looking at em. It's too bad I don't have the skill to make my own mech models so I'm kinda limited to what I can find. Originally made one so I could use it as a source for a sig and well I didn't stop lol, even made 3 sigs out of em.

This is the worst one I made, just doesn't seem to mesh with the rest of the photo. Photo is from Vietnam this time. If I'm feeling adventurous later I'll see if I can find some good modern pics an fool with those.

It doesn't blend in well, because the colors are somewhat off.
The monochrome thing worked awesomely, they really looked as if they belonged in that picture...

Yeah I really should have done it in B&W, but I already deleted the .PSD but maybe I'll redo it with another mech. Only one in color I'm happy with is the bridge in one of my last posts.

Lol, nice, too bad its too big to use here.
You should make one with first the samurai champloo thing, then one with fuu, then one with mugen, and one with jin. You know what I mean?

Oh, and could you teach me how to make them sigs? I generally suck at lighting and filling the sig (like the butterfly thing @ the fuu sig).
You 0wnz at that

I fixed the text on the Fuu sig.

Thats a good idea. if i find good mugen and jin pics i will definetly do that.

About filling in the sig. Its all up to you. I like to use shapes. (shape tool) making my own or going to the adobe site and finding some.

With color of the sig i base it off the image im using. Like the fuu one was dark. I took the sample brown color from her hair and based everything off that.

Any other specific questions and ill answer

Same here. To me one of the hardest parts of making a good sig is figureing out what to put in the background. You make it look easy.

No mechs today, just something I made while playing with some new brushes. Think I went a little crazy with em.
