Aging group? Well the aging group still did beat Spurs and Barca in two great matches within a week so I'm happy as a fan. Who says you cant teach old dogs new tricks huh? And football isn't about age anyway. And again Torres over Sheva any day honestly so I don't really mind about that. Boned or not, lets just see >89

Must respect to chelsea this week but damn even with that goal lead beating barca at the nou camp will be very difficult but I'm rooting for them to win and hope Munich can kick the pants out of madrid in their 2nd leg.

What new tricks? Chelsea is just reverting back to the Terry-Lampard-Drogba axis that has been around since Mourinho's days. Everyone knows the backbone cannot last much longer. Several coaches were brought in to revamp the squad. All of them failed or were not given the chance. Chelsea may still achieve something this season. But their inability to move beyond Mourinho's legacy is going to haunt them soon. Just look at Inter this season.

HOLY CRAP SPURS ARE SELF-DESTRUCTING WHAT IN THE *($&*(!@#_ ARE THEY DOING?

Sorry for the all-caps if somebody hates those. Seriously though, I might as well predict every Spurs game to lose from hereon. Damn it. I don't know what hit them - complacency? Aggghh this is too frustrating to even be described by words...

And Real wins the Liga (unless some disaster hits Madrid in the next few weeks) by beating Barcelona in Barcelona !

Barcelona now absolutely needs to win the champions league to save their season.

Real deserved to win that game, definitely the better team. It seems like they pretty much just used the same tactics chelsea used only put a bit more pace and skill into it. Ronaldo's goal was uber he would get my thumbs up for best player in the world at the minute he out played messi big time tonight.

Yep, at last RM wins. At first, when Sanchez scored I was like "Shit! Now RM will lose its morale and lose", but when CR scored I was like " OMG!Brilliant!"
Real a great goal by Madrid.
Very nervous game btw.

Pep's reaction to Ronaldo's goal is world class IMO
Spoiler:

Anyway I thought it was a scrappy, poor game with lots of poor passes on both side still I suppose it was time for Madrid to win against Barça.

What a game between united & everton, united should have won it but fair play to everton any other team would have just given up when united went 3-1 ahead but they fought back hard for that draw. United only need 1 point at their game with city to win the league, come on the reds.

still 5 games to go though... against teams that are fighting against relegation, it's still going to be tough.

honestly I know that Luis Enrique's Roma does not excel at defending but to think we would have scored so easily and so early in the game... Stekelenburg's red card on the 3-0 penalty was too harsh though, in my opinion.

By the way, with the last victory we obtained the mathematical certainty of partecipating directly in next year Champions League. I can't wait to see how this team will fare against the other european teams. I really love the way we play, Conte has given the team identity, hunger, and most of all a freeflowing kind of football which was something that we heavily lacked for a long long time. Watch this Juventus side play and you'll hardly get bored.

Besides, there's still this summer transfer market that might hopefully bring in one or two more star players.

Didn't Torres miss a similar sitter versus ManU earlier this season?

Ramirez using the space left open by Barca's fullbacks twice in two games lead to the crucial goals despite Terry having a brain fart. Impressive defending and an even more impressive amount of luck saw Chelsea though. Didn't expect that to happen.

Even though I wanted Barca to win, I've got to tip my hat to Chelsea. Hopefully, they get torn apart in the final.
