Wow... first the Fairy Tail manga, now THIS?!! It must be graduation week at Douche High. Man, I wanted someone to come out and kick Naomi's ASS. Going by anime logic, Haru will lose the next abttle, but will get rescued. Ash Roller will make a return, and someone spoiled it for me: you're going to love it, is all I'm gonna say.

I still can't get over it, the scene is just way too hilarious Edit: I'm sure KYH would be willing to pay any price to switch places with Ash Roller!

I don't get it, didn't Naomi go into physical burst first that's why Haru also go into physical burst? If that's the case why did they both come out of physical burst the same time. Unless Naomi faked saying physical burst the first time and actually said it with Haru together. Can you go physical burst when your already physical bursting? e.g. accel even more when in physical burst
Naomi is such a douche. Pretty sure Haru's is not going to win the match against Naomi, either lose or tie.

Yeah, I'm with RelentlessFlame on Noumi's plan. Noumi's plan is pretty risky, and could easily backfire on him. At best, it would be a he-said/she-said sort of deal where it's Haru and Chiyu's words against Noumi's.
That being said, I disliked how easily victimized/entrapped Haru was in this episode. Dude needs to learn to be more cautious in how he handles situations like this. Haru never should have tried following Noumi into a washroom, all by himself, period. It just screams possible trap. Some other notes: 1. I love the new OP. The new ED is a bit silly for my tastes, but it has a good song. 2. I do see where Chiyu is coming from on Burst Linking. So far this "game" must seem to her like something a James Bond villain would invent. From what I've seen so far, the Accelerated World makes me think of being in a permanent 24/7 game of Survivor. Lots of malevolent trickery, lots of backstabbing, lots of abuse of power. Burst Linking seems to involve way more politics and subterfuge than simple fun gaming. 3. I honestly like having a "love-to-hate" antagonist. It makes it much more cathartic if/when they ultimately get their comeuppance. 4. Pizza immediately followed by Lasagna... No wonder Haru is a chubby guy. He's eating pretty well! On the whole, a pretty good episode. 8/10

My main point is that, from Chiyu's perspective, it's easy to see why she'd be leery of burst linking. Her boyfriend used it to cheat at kendo. This game was also her boyfriend's motivation for installing a "backdoor" program on her. Now this new guy is using it for even more malevolent purposes. Chiyu hasn't even been in a normal burst link fight yet, and she's already seen (and been victimized by) all sorts of seedy stuff connected to burst linking. I've read people say that this arc is a bad one for Chiyu. Well, my comments are made with that in mind. Chiyu's first impression of Burst Linking can't be a very good one, and that might be something people would want to consider in evaluating Chiyu's actions going forward.

As for Chiyu, I have heard that as well but for now I'm only looking at her past. I think she's probably the most naive character at this point, although the whole relationship dynamic between Taku, Haru, and Chiyu just seems strange to me. I'm not sure what to make of it.

I just hope Taku is actually doing something here, like still hiding and waiting for the perfect oppurtunity to screw Noumi over, or rushing towards the school to defuse the situation and maybe even take the heat. It would just be too much of a piss take for this to completely blow over him, especially when it now involves his girlfriend. And we've had plenty of shots of him looking troubled to warrant his participation.

I also noticed in the OP that there were a couple of new girls in what looks like Haru's school uniform. Dare I say that Haru's harem... errr... Nega Nebulous will grow in numbers? So far, females = ally for Haru, while males = enemy (besides Taku). Of course, the possible bromance with Ash Roller seems inevitable.

It seems most people believe 'It's going to get worse before it gets better'. In the contrary, it's the good time to execute the typical shounen manga formula since 1960. Maybe he can visit the remote seclusive area and meet master yoda. After endless training in sweats, the hero loses 10 lbs and gains six packs. Everyone from the school will be impressed. The second formula is making friend with a former game rival. The loop goes on.

In the Territory Battles, Nega Nebulous has 4 wins versus 1 loss. Was the one loss that time that Haru was sniped down? I just can't imagine them losing in these battles with Black Lotus still functioning. Unless all it takes to win is for the opponent to defeat just 1 of the 3 members. Also, did it mean that they lost their territory during that one defeat?
