Literally no-one has paid attention to this series. It's a Summer special consisting of 2 episodes, but I'm confused as to whether it'll have a "full" series or not since I swear it was penned for a Fall release. Maybe "Neosam" or someone can clear this up for me.

Here's the animenfo synopsis:

A big earthquake demolishes the capital of Japan, and it splits the main land into halves. Japan is divided into the northern and the southern parts. They accept aides from two large countries, i.e., United States and China. However, actually, it is occupation named “aid”. Many Japanese become refugees to go to foreign countries. But, the recovery from the disaster doesn’t work well, and frictions between the inhabitants and the refugees who can’t go home are getting serious.

This will be the only series I'll be blogging, so if you want to know my opinions you can read it there. However, I'm more eager to know if anyone else is anticipating this/has read the manga....particularly Romance of the Three Kingdoms or perhaps Dynasty Warriors fans.

I mean there are 11 volumes out of the manga and volume 12 will be released next month (July 2006), but to get an anime of only 2 episodes

what exactly are they going to animate? the first half volume ?

Its based on a manga thats serialized in the seinen manga magazine Big Comic.
For now there are 11 volumes released of this manga.

what exactly are they going to animate? the first half volume ?

I'm not sure if the 2 episode thing is concrete...it's just that the AndrewLB pukiwiki lists it as a 2 episode special.

12 Volumes....

I'm getting a little worried too.

It's a decent story, although too much like Korea's own history....
