I don't know how to post pics.vids here so i'll just have to use words.

I saw this amv recently it looked quite good. It had 2 girls in it who llooked really close, maybe sisters because they kinda looked the same. Both had blackish blue hair, one with green eyes the other blue. They were fighting, the green eyes one shot some flying skulls at the other one. Sorry its a bit vague.

When i was younger i looked anime and that was shown on local station dubbed in my language(non english), so i can't now know the official japanese or english name to downlaod it, picture from that anime is:

This anime is about racing, about tournament in that beetwen schools, teachers are actually trainers of that children's racing band=team...

Maybe is this a korean anime...

Yes, that is an original Korean animation that aired in the late 90s
스피드왕 번개 is the title in Korean. lit. translation = Speed King Bungae
Bungae is main character's name. 번개 = Bungae means lightning in Korean.

I'm pretty sure the animation for this MV was made in Japan. So I'm wondering if it was based off of any anime/manga?

No it was not based off of any existing anime if that's what you're asking.

It was just directed by Kazuto who's help do animation for Studio 4C and other groups.

It's from a hentai manga. I think is called Sweet Silky You, but don't quote me on that one.

The first image is from the Negima! first television series, this scene take place at the end of episode 1.

The second image is from XXXHolic (I never seen this anime).

The third image is from D.Gray-Man television series.

i don't know the name of the anime or story line
but there is an animal
suppose to be a dog / wolf (if i not wrong is brown)
it has a "round object"/orb/sphere stuck oh it left jaws which give it ability to speak and gave it power to defeat (enemy )

there is also few weapon :
a sword with "round object"/orb/sphere
a pistol with "round object"/orb/sphere
a cube / dice which the middle is "round object"/orb/sphere that give the user power to throw cards to kill
there are few more weapon/object with "round object"/orb/sphere...

when the user of the weapon/object with "round object"/orb/sphere get killed or die the "round object"/orb/sphere will disappear and the power is split to the remaning "round object"/orb/sphere making it more powerful.

at the end only 1 "round object"/orb/sphere left which has gather all the power of the "round object"/orb/sphere and defeat the last enemy

i have search it on google for a long time but still no result... it will be a great help if anyone know what is the name to this anime/ movie thx

No, it's not. It's a Touhou anime-style PV made by the circle Manpaku Jinja, titled Fantasy Kaleidoscope ~The Memories of Phantasm~, and not a PV for the upcoming ufotable Touhou anime.
