The key to good turkey is in the cooking. If you do it wrong you get something bland and tasteless. But if you do it right... juicy and delicious!
That said, I think it would be easy to get bored of Turkey if you had it as frequently as, say, Chicken. That's why I'd advocate only having Turkey on Christmas/Thanksgiving. I get my fill of Christmas during that period, and by the end of the season I'm quite sick of it. I'm beginning to look forward to it now though... |

The best Peking Duck I've ever had was at this restaurant in Beijing, I think it might have been Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant (I remember that is was founded in the 1800s). It was exquisite! To this day I still remember the divine taste.
To be fair, I don't think I've ever had Korean duck. Endless "Culinary" Soul
