From personal experience, you will learn to hate any sound that wakes you up at 6:00 am every morning.

I wake up at 5am, except on Sundays - which I work UNTIL. I think I would be fine with that.

Just to point out she has other voices as well, such as Aldra in Queen's Blade and Eclair in Dog Days.

Maybe she would be using her natural voice which would be like non of the above...

Bad GPS? Did they... not look at the address? The house was on the same street, meaning it wasn't a case of east versus west or some such nonsense.

Also, what a dick move by them to basically tell her to provide receipts. I'd get a lawyer and go after them for even more now. In addition to wanting a new everything, I'd also go for unlawful breaking and entering, mental distress, and illegal seizure.

if she has home insurance, she should have let her insurance deal with the bank.

In most cases (at least in CA) Insurance company will take the customers word on what was lost in a fire/burglary without needing receipts.
