As she was dying after the battle against controlled Hero (grown), the Hero (child) approaches her and Hinata's own Hero's Seed awakened. The two fused and returned to the past as the legendary Hero that defeated Veldora.
Hinata's spirit returned to the present timeline in Hero (grown)'s vessel. Normally she'd be dead as her soul was already worn out and too fragmented to be restored. But what's different in this timeline is that Luminas' Ultimate Skill Asmodeus (Lust) awakened (which didn't happen in other timelines because Rimuru was killed which leads to no Walpurgis that triggered the awakening). So Luminas intervened, restored her soul and resurrected her. However, Hinata will no longer be able to use any of her abilities. All she had left were her own swordsmanship and experience.

Legendary Hero = Chloe

Don't worry about the number of times. You just need to know that Chloe had experienced countless time loops in attempt to stop Yuuki and failed. Each time she had to return to her child self in the past as a Spirit of Time and start over.

The one thing that made the current loop deviate away from the failed loops is that Chloe didn't try to keep Rimuru as the latter bids the kids farewell (before the event of the human invasion). This leads to Rimuru running into Hinata in the city, stalling her from meeting up with the army and learning the mechanics of "Disintegration" himself in the process. If she tried to keep Rimuru to stay, then Rimuru will return straight back to Tempest and repel the initial attack as soon as he receive words of invasion, while Hinata will meet up with the army, leading to Rimuru's death and the destruction of Tempest.

Rimuru's ascension to "True Overlord" is the key.

Angels, Vampires and then TIME LOOPS! I am just amazed! Hahahaha This is my first LN and I am hoping if you guys would be kind enough to share your reading list. Please. This is wrong.
We remember everything we smell or taste, because smell and taste are directly associated with memory. But we don't remember everything. Our brians simply don't care enough about everything to remember it. Everything that you have experienced in the last couple seconds to maybe a minute is stored in your brain somewhere pretty well (short term memory), but your brain is already making decisions about what to get rid of and what to send to your long-term memory.

Read a story? Your brain won't remember all the words at all; you'll just remember some of the impressionable art (not even all of it) and the general flow of the story. At best you'll also remember some impressionable quotes, and often misworded.

Basically, the only explanations would be the Unique Skills.

Not much difference really all ultimate skills are just an extremity of the skill to its ultimate form.
It's just that some ultimate skills are just more powerful than other ultimate skills.

Just because they're ultimate doesn't make them equal.
Raphael is probably the most ultimate of the ultimate skills in my opinion

or because the Hero need Veldora in the current timeline plan and Veldora just forgot the reason of his seal?

I think she was already being worshipped as a god at that point. I mean she built the city as a refuge for the last of the vampires and defended the city numerous times, and the humans started worshipping her at some point.
