In novel vol 10 Mikoto kissing Boy Natsuru (with some liquid drop from their mouth when kissing, may be they exchange drool? or Mikoto feed mouth him) while Natsuru had surprise expression. Offcourse it's make Shizuku angry and transform to Kampfer mode. Her Fighting Intent make Mikoto also transform and draw out her Katana
