The site where I read Maou-sama on has stopped around when Lucifer appeared. I'm seeing images everywhere where the manga clearly goes far past that.

How long does it take for the light novel to release a new volume? I sometimes wish the plot will accelerate just so that I do not have to wait long for the ending

It is kind of random. I don't see a pattern, but there is a time span of around 2-6 months. This is a very new Light Novel. Well at least they all release at the date of 10.

February 10, 2011 - Volume 1
June 10, 2011 - Volume 2
November 10, 2011 - Volume 3
February 10, 2012- Volume 4
June 10, 2012 - Volume 5
November 10, 2012 - Volume 6
February 10, 1013 - Volume 7

Actually, they were going at a pattern of 4, 5, and 3 months. (Feb - June = 4, June - Nov = 5, Nov - Feb = 3, repeat again)
Volume 8 broke the pattern though.

Not bad for a relatively new light novel. I have a feeling (from what I have read in this thread and pieced together so far) that the LN will get progressively darker and darker, like Harry Potter. I just hope the humour is still retained in later volumes.

In my opinion, this Light Novel interest me more than the recent Light Novels I have been reading like Infinite Stratos, could never get into it and felt like its a story where the harem making fools out of themselves to attract the protagonist.

Actually, its up to you guys to make an activity. I made the option that anyone can make a discussion page and post images, I want a lot of fan interaction as possible. I don't want to restrict anyone.

I'm just speculating here, but maybe the six fragments, which are the seeds of Sephiroth, are meant to create a new Sephiroth. Sephiroth is the tree that dictates the hierarchy of things. The angels and God most certainly know this and are probably trying to gather the fragments so that when a new Sephiroth is born they can maintain status quo. According to one of the previous spoilers, they were pretty pissed when they found out Layla mated with a human and gave birth to a Nephilim so they clearly do not want to loase their superiority over the other races.
