This seems to imply otherwise...

I believe the bargain for using Shidou for sealing could be that he will barely be able to manifest the Spirits' abilities, but Shidou managed to pull Tohka's whole sword out in desperation unlike the time where only a part of Kotori abilities, not her huge-ass-axe/halberd, manifested for regeneration. Also during Kotori's brief skirmish with Kurumi, she took back all of her powers, and told shidou to retreat, since the loss of her powers in him will make him a free frag.

Most likely they are afraid Shidou might master the powers sealed within him and become too dangerous.

So, this means Kurumi had a good reason to go after Shido's Spirit power, is it? Even though she may not know what his power does?

If you are talking about the current spirits we have seen, then the strongest spirit would be Tohka in "Black Tohka" mode. Although some were somewhat tired or injured Ellen, Shido, Miku, Yoshino (?) and Yamai twins (?), all did at one point fight "Black Tohka" .

I wouldn't say too dangerous just from sealing them but they are afraid he may go out of control like Kotori does. It is only if that happens (aka the worst case) that Kotori says she will kill him. So basicly as long as Shidou stays Shidou it's unlikely they will give the kill order.

as I said I can only understand bits by bits so I can afford to give a slight summary xD (Sorry bout that)

Shidou was at the festival (I'm assuming it's named as Star Festival since that's the name of the chapter) It seems that he went there beforehand and will meet up with the rest of the crew later. but then he realize someone familiar.

He saw Kurumi there, he can't believe his eyes, so he thought he was seeing things(it was either he blinked or people walked past in front of him) then after properly looking again

Kurumi wasn't there anymore. Believing that he was just mistaken, Kurumi suddenly sneak in beside Shidou and ending up surprising him. xD

Kurumi then said to Shidou that if it's alright to have a date with her.

Shidou got startled and was giving second thoughts of accepting it, then Kurumi minced her words that she wouldn't do something bad and just wanted to have fun with Shidou at the festival, because of Shidou having second thoughts or can't get out the words right
Kurumi ended up sulking saying "Is it that you don't like to be with me? Uuu. It's sad...I think I'll cry" (or something along those lines)..

Shidou replied at that still not giving an answer and Kurumi forced a crying sound xD

Shidou began to panic so he accepted the date and Kurumi clinged on Shidou's shoulders (or locked shoulders together with Shidou, you know , like what couple use to do)

Shidou complained about her being too close but Kurumi rejected his phrase by saying "It's alright since we are on a date today. Today, only this day, Shidou-san only belongs to me"

Kurumi said there's a place she wanted to go to, and before going to that place they stop by from places to places and enjoyed the stalls, eating together and such.

after that Kurumi and Shidou reached the place.

It was some sort of pace where Kurumi can wear a wedding dress and there's a (wedding ceremony theme on it).. At this point of time Yoshino, Kotori and Tohka arrived already..

Kotori wanted to search for Shidou first, so they go on separate ways to search for him.
Yoshino saw Shidou with a pretty girl,(I think at this place she saw Shidou and Kurumi in front of the wedding theme area already)
(I don't exactly understand what happened but I believe he went to changed on his suit so Kurumi was left there).

Yoshino came close to Kurumi asking her relationship with Shidou
and Kurumi replied that they are like connected together by fate,can't be separated and so on, like what she usually says, that every part of his body she wants it all and knows it all.

After saying that she told Yoshino that if she wanted she might want to watch the ceremony they were going to held together (probably the mock wedding one) xD Yoshino run after Kurumi saying that.. xD

And the time that Kurumi already wore the dress Shidou was somewhat mesmerized by her appearance(Of course!!! if he didn't he fail as a man!) XD
After that they took photos together while wearing their dress xD

After that they just took a stroll again and talked with each other but at the end another Kurumi appeared saying "I have found you "me" ".. Shidou was shocked it seems that it's the Kurumi from that time, the one who attended school the one who got stabbed. She said that it was a really fun day and enjoyed it.

The other Kurumi seemed to have taken Kurumi back or did the same thing again. Just as she did that the other three came into the scene and it Kurumi retreated back..

Yeah, it could have gone better if it's the original. Though I'm willing to bet that the original could receive a glimpse of her clone's memories. And thus, I would think that both of the original and her clones have a mutual 'thing' on Shido.

And so, at least Kurumi is interested on Shido regardless, whether if it's a clone or not.

This is true to an extent because they should share the same experiences, at least up until the timeline that the clone existed in; anything after would depend on which time the clone came from. Thus the clones still have individual quirks that may have existed in the original's personality right at that point of time. Still, there's a possibility of the same scenario that happened with the Sisters clones in Index/Railgun; original falls for Shidou, and all clones follow thereafter.

Maybe it will be like they broke the seal and their powers can be accessed easily however even if it is accessible that doesn't mean it is controllable.

I was under the impression that "black Tohka" was just real Tohka with her powers released and on a rampage. I mean, the one time she released her full power (end of vol 1) she caused more destruction than we've seen since. All her fights since have been with her power sealed.
