Jiraiya sort of implies this when he is explaining Rasengan to Naruto, He said something like that Rasengan is in the second level of Difficulty (That's Rank A), or something like that, while I think the Databook also makes reference to this.

Basically what Kakashi-san explained, but what determines the resilience of the Jutsu could be tied to the degree of expertise/chakra behind that Jutsu. Reason why Some of Naruto Bushins go puff on just one hit, whereas you saw Sandaime KB's take a higher degree of damage.

Is there a chapter coming out this week? Or is Golden Week still in effect?

There should be a Naruto chapter, but no One Piece this week.

How much power does a Daiymo have over their respective Hidden Village (for instance, the Wind Daiymo ordered the Kazekage to reduce the Suna villages shinobi by 2/3)? Additionally, is it known how much money the Hidden Villages receive from their respective elemental Daiymo?

Directly they have none, the Kage are on equal standing with the Daiymo and they can't be ordered around. But if a country stop requiring the services of its hidden village and work with another one instead then the village will soon face funding trouble. That's what happened to Suna, the Wind country decided to use the service of Konoha because it was cheaper than having to fund their own village.
This forced Suna to cut back their troop and forced them to improve the power of individual shinobi which led to the creation of Gaara and eventually to the war against Konoha.

Sorry for the double post, but I have a question concerning Kage Bushin.

How can a Kage Bushin punch something (or even walk) if pressure is all that is needed to dispell the technique? Specifically, how can a Kage Bushin hit something and stay intact if, when it hits something, it is having pressure exterted on itself (i.e. the Kage Bushin applies a certain amount of force on an object/person, and consequently the object/person applies an equal or less equal force to the Kage Bushin). To put it another way, how can a Kage Bushin hit something and not pop? (and the extreme version fo this question is why a Kage Bushin can even last in the Earth's gravational field, or not pop when it is doing something simple like running or jumping (which create a larger amount of pressure on the feet than simply standing or walking.)

---

Additionally, is Naruto the only one who can henge into objects, or can anyone, and if anyone can, have we seen evidence of this in the manga/anime?

There must be a certain amount of strength or pressure needed to dispel the Bunshin. I think the amount chakra distributed between the shadow clones determines the level of pressure or attack force needed to dispel the technique.

Second question, no Naruto is not the only one who can henge into objects because Sasuke managed to understand his plan agaisnt Zabuza which means that he's familiar with the technique.

Spoiler for manga:

thats a good question, Kage Bushin works on Naruto duplicating and distributing Chakra paths to make a clone of himself, and those paths look the same his original body.
those paths would be around the pressure points in the Charka flow,
so that someone with Sharingan or Byakugan could not tell who's the original.

that, it brings me onto the chakra flow, which works
on pressure points around the body, the ones which Byakugan users can
see and block. so the answer to this is if the clone gets a critical or a fatal wound
hit that cuts off one of those pressure points of the flow, which Naruto uses to
create the copy, then it will disperse.....in much the way if Naruto stops
feeding chakra into a clone to end its appearance, it will also vanish.
look at it in the same way as a Puppet user, they need a continual string of
charka, flowing to the puppet to control it, of that string or connection
is broken then the Puppet will fail to work. but you can hit the puppet for all
its worth and nothing will happen. what would be important is if that
connection to the Puppet was broken. so Naruto's bushin's weakness is
a fatal wound....and you can't get that by walking, or hitting another person!

if anyone has anything else to add to that feel free. or if they have another idea
I'd love to hear it.
my only problem with the bushins is that when you watch filler episodes, all you have to do it tap them for them to disperse! which isn't how its suppose to be.
stranger even that Naruto is a pretty good hand to hand fighter, yet the clones show no signs of having even 10% of his fighting ability.
all the clones do is rush in all the time like headless chickens.

Welcome aboard (hopefully my answer will tide you over, at least until Rurik awakes from his slumber, where ever it may be, and provides his much-needed knowledge ), and, for future refference, all of the Naruto sub-forum threads are Theory threads, in fact the only non-theory threads are the Episodes and the Q & A section (even the Manga chapters are, more or less, theory threads), and even then theories are discussed in each of these section .

The Q&A thread isn't meant to hold debats, I moved your discussion to the thread linked by james3wk.
