Spoiler for Some points: I'm trying to decipher with GT, but it seems that Seiichi just passed Evil God average's fear level, because he doesn't even need to look in the eye to almost everything in the WORLD run away from him. And he's even considering taking Ellis' S&M advanced course to punish the Emperor it seems He was even trying to surpass Tatsuya in the "erasing" magic, because everyone that he didn't like would completely disappear from the world and memories. Edit: Damn, the harem stopped the Purge . But it seems that he's going to free the hostages now.
