Any good unlicenced action series?
So I just finished watching Claymore and I'm all PUMPED UP!
For the time being I'm dling Gintama, but the description sais "action comedy". I'm really looking for something "serious" that's loaded with action. |

You're right. Of the top of my head:
Berserk Gantz Elfen Lied Claymore Melody Of Oblivion Blood KonoMini Samurai 7 Samurai Champloo Noir Hellsing I've probably seen alot of the "must see" anime of up to two years ago. Though I'm not up to date with the current stuff, so Claymore was a nice surprise. Last edited by Casshern; 2007-12-06 at 06:16. |

On a side-note: The thing with Gintama is that you need to have seen a few more episodes in order to see its brilliance. The first few episodes indeed were some of the worst of the entire series. :P
Anyway, for action, you could check out Shigurui, Baccano, Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto or Souko no Strain.

Thanks peeps, these suggestions should keep me occupied for a while!
As for Gintama, I saw the first 2 eps and, apart from some novelty Bleach references ("damn, I wish I had that guy's bankai...") I found it quite boring at best. But I'll give it another go. |
