Well, not hard to guess why this is 17 and older.

Nasu in an interview, talking about CCC:

Nasu: “By the time I finished writing the scenario over the summer I found it was over 3 mega(bytes?). The text by itself is 2.5 times as much as Mahou Tsukai no Yoru’s.”

For some reason, I find this ridiculous funny.

Takeuchi: “Gilgamesh’s presence is huge in CCC; it’s the real Gilgamesh as according to Nasu Kinoko. The last time I spoke (to Nasu) he told me very confidently that “I’ve written all there is to write about him as a character. There’s nothing left for me to write.” I hope players look forward to learning about the parts of Gilgamesh’s character that couldn’t be touched upon until now.”

I also find this rather odd, but at the same time not. Nasu never seemed to "get" the character as well as Urobuchi did.

What's the difference between a figma and figurine.

Figma is a specific brand of articulated figure developed by Max Factory, and distributed by Good Smile Company. They tend to be characters lifted from various anime and game series.

Jinako Karigiri and Karna; two of the new characters to be featured in F/E CCC. (Karna was originally featured as one of the Servants from Fate/Apocrypha; though that version looked somewhat different to this one.)

Main difference is that a figma can change positions, due to articulation. As such, they don't look as good, since there's no way to hide said articulation points.
