Can I ask something?why is a lot of American opposed to obama-care? I mean, this is "free" health benefit right? Why would some people opposed this? Do those side opposing the idea thinks that the poor doesn't deserve free health service or is there some kind of negative things attached to the plan?

Some feel Obama's health care system dictates what they can and can't do, or requires them to pay for someone else when they have already finished paying their own way (retired Baby Boomers ans Veterans).
Also the thing is several thousand pages long or something like that. They are afraid of what could be hidden in there, or are agaimst the Federal government dictating some of the things that have been found in there that could be considered controversal.

This group had apparently been making a hobby of violating traffic laws enmass and acting like they ruled the streets like a bunch of Mad Max Rejects.

^ saw a couple videos. they were riding around the city for quite awhile. i'm surprise
there were NO polices coming after them at all. one of the video capture on a high building showing them riding the wrong way in traffic, blocking people ways, riding on pedestrian street, one dood took off his helmet while driving, making A LOT of noise in the city....and where is the polices people? >______>; don't tell me the government already fired most of them and now they're barely any cops on the street as well.

Basically if you have lifelong fully paid insurance and miss out on a niche or two, you still get fined. The humourous thing is that we have finally managed to put something deemed priceless on the stock exchange : human life. Health risks are being traded across the board and technically speaking, everyone is equal in health coverage. Then again, what if everyone is unhealthy, or there is an epidemic?

The really crazy thing about Obamacare is that it's essentially a moderate idea that was conceived of by a Republican think tank, and implemented as law by a moderate Republican...said Republican (Romeny) then had to pretend it was suddenly the embodiment of all evil when he ran for office. If the Democrats had gotten what they'd wanted, we'd have gotten a universal public option...and allot of the problems we're anticipating with Obamacare would be significantly minimized.

That's really sad. I don't think I could find someone who was so entertaining in his storytelling for the spy novel genre. R.I.P. Tom. |
