Yes, depending on the advancement medical science. Currently, reattached limbs took several months to be functional, replacing limbs with a substitute from a donor is a gamble, and so far no method of regrowing limbs, but sure it's possible in the future.

Yes, it's hard to find compatible donated eyes, but it's harder to have supply of compatible donated limbs. Unless it's a whole arm, whereas it's another story, and yes, they do look weird (unless you somehow found the limb of same size, shape, and skin color), and we have to consider immunity response, genetic etc. @ Stratos The theme of "giant wave blasting the hell out of landscape" is prevalent in Japanese media, and somehow when it struck for real, everyone pulled it (calling it "Too close for comfort"). Not really a Taboo, just something for you to consider.
