On another note, with kaiser Vivio only being 8,100Y, maybe Alter won't price gauge on another certain figure they plan on releasing in the near future...

Can get it off Amiami for like 6700Y. It's the cheapest Nanoha alter figure since 2005. Back when their prices were fair and didn't rape your wallet with each and every purchase.

What I'm trying to say is, jump on it now before it's too late. Our dollar is screwed anyways.

I feel kind of bad... one of the posters here asked me for pricing on several Nanoha/Fate figures I'm readying to sell. I did the research and prices on these figures have absolutely skyrocketed in value. (e.g. an originally $75 figure now going for as much as $300).

I don't mind making a decent profit but good gods...

how much (base off from your research) does the ALTER Fate T. costs? the original Fate T. Back then, alot of people were trying to get it and for me it was a pain...but lucky the store has one for sell on their shelfs..

Holy crap, GSC is going to take over Bandai some time if they keep releasing stuff like that.

My five second survey came up with $274 (ebay) and $300 (an anime shop) as a result.

Yeah, I have her as well but she's not for sale (as I'm sure reflects why the prices are what they are)

wow, so prices nearly , or is doubled the amount they originally are. But yeah, no way i'm selling my fate too

, I still have ways to go in collecting the nanoha pvc series and i tend to get side-track alittle from other figure series such as fate stay night...

For "investment" purposes, anime figures are always a bit of a crap shoot outside of Japan. Some series are durable, long-lasting, and their figures multiply in value (e.g. Nanoha, Haruhi, etc) while others simply sit at their original prices for the most part (e.g. Shuffle!).

My first rule is always do *I* like the series or the character. Second rule is grab the pre-orders because I can always at least recoup my money reselling the extra purchases. If I'm going to resell - wait til supply is non-existent but while demand is high. Obviously, there's no way to make a living at this but it can fund your addiction to figures
