I actually thought that too after Fino said they were Heroes.

This whole episode was really nice though, and I'm glad Fino finally got some new clothes. I completely understand the lure of getting a new paycheck though and wanting to spend, spend, spend. Hopefully, she'll be more careful next time.

Damn Fino was at dangerous levels of cute in this one . Will agree that dress definitely looked great on her and props to the saleswoman. Definitely suited to her.

The episode as a whole was pretty fun. Took something like this for Fino and Raul really to get their own feelings a little. Not that they officially got together, but a good episode for both to become more conscious of each other.

Lot of cute moments really. The dangers of a new paycheck are terrifying. Raul will just have to look after her until her next paycheck .

Then came the end there. Not surprising when you think about it. Fino had to be known at least in some circles. After things started to change she was probably chased after by former heroes needing someone to fight again. Pressured and pushed to take her father's position so that they had purpose once more.

Didn't think about it, but wouldn't be surprised if those were Raul's old friends. The effect is pretty clear. You saw that great sword Raul liked going from the millions down to 100,000. That's a pretty serious drop in value. Of course just annoying that guys like that are harassing Fino because of all this. If these guys want purpose so badly they should just go to the demon world and raise up an army. Though then they couldn't be "the good guys" anymore.

it pay day give fino going hurray 1st paycheck so celebrate have dinner feast give fino want kid ride meal with toy with female manager suggest have raul help with paycheck on shop day (yet "person" having a cup listen on their saying).

next day raul & fino shop day give 2 lawsons girl see them ask is this a date give raul going no way so 1st visit supermarket give raul worry yet it all ok now to city shops places.

give raul save fino from moving vechile then go check necklace give raul want sword but 100000 for it yet fino go get necklace item yet while wander got grab with raul worry but it's ok fino get nice outfit got raul "hmm" yet same time free pic like they on a date.

fino show necklace item go hero's hair got beaten by demon boss got raul going WHAT then sunset give have snack treat taste good.

but by night give raul get drink for fino til she got jumped mug attack by "persons" with her asking should i be next demon boss cause some heroes are jobless yet also going wonder on it?

Fino is the closest thing to a "waifu" that I've ever seen. How can one girl be so perfect?

The anime is really pushing RaulxFino, which makes the show all the better for it. If Airi was the main girl this would be just another forgettable harem romp, but Fino lights up the screen with her presence. Raul better man up next ep and get revenge for her, because such an awesome character does not deserve to be roughed up like that.

If Picard helps out with Enterprise assist this will be one of the best harem shows ever

I have to say the question about what Fino should do is actually interesting. Of course I'm still saying beat the crap out of the guys that attacked her. But it makes me wonder about the state of the demon's territory. How destabilized has it become because of Fino's father being defeated? In a position of power Fino could actually do a lot of good with the lessons she's learned and mindset she has. Helping to advance her people and gain some of the positives the human world has to offer.

Of course in the end it's more about the lifestyle that will make Fino happy. Let's face it might be best for her to just stay working in that store and staying out of the spotlight .

The worst thing of course to do would be to let those so-called heroes have their way and making her to be a new target that would revitalize the hero 'career'.

finally someone with common sense say the "truth who was needed to say a long time on this anime..., this proof who most of the girls have more "balls"/brains than him.

now i really know why seara choose raul to live with fino, we can't find more "harmless" garbage than him in this world, give him a bright and awesome sword and you can throw him inside a big arena ful of gorgogenous/hot/sexy naked womans/girls, who "nothing gonna happen is more easy the girls kick his ass and ask for sending to them a true man.

and maybe if the reason who the demons want her back is exactly for this, their aware of the heroes wanting the "chaos" back and to "protect fino" their want take her back to the demon world since their dont believe in "garbage" to be able to protect her.

in the end the true villians are the "heroes"

basically this anime is to make the "laze otakus" stop wasting time in doing nothing and go "work", to show the wonderfull of "working" who you can be happy working, you dont need dream in be a hero to help the world, just work and with this you can true help the world.

One of my favorite episodes so far, the amount of development between Raul and Fino was quite high. And the best part was that is both sides felt the "chemistry" across the different scenes.

About the ending...well, I guess Fino will become Demon Lord at one point for drama's sake but I hope Raul is able to pull her back.

Like I said in the spoilers its probably demons trying to get fino to become a demon again after all nobody knows she's the demon lords daughter outside of the staff of that store and lamia even Airi doenst realize it and she's a former hero. Its the demons disguised as hero's not actual hero's

Fino was really cute in this episode, Raul keeps denying the truth ("we are not dating... Bla bla... she is not my girlfriend... bla bla bla") but something very serious happened in this 9th episode.

Any warrior desiring to become the new HERO could have atacked Fino. But most likely are really Raul's friends who atacked her. Someone posted an image here. http://i.imgur.com/KlkPTUF.jpg

Of course, they will not kill her yet because first they need her to become the new maou/demon lord.

That remember me the first episode of MAOYUU. Like Maou/Crimson scholar said, it's obvious as soon the human/devil war would end, many warriors who never learned anything useful other than how to fight would find hard to live in a pacific world. After spending so much time training their fighting skills to kill and destroy, is dificult to change priorities that much.

Raul got lucky, he found a job and discovered some apreciation for that, thanks to Fino and all his friends. But not every warrior could make it.

And one important thing we never considerated before: WHY Fino went to the human world? After losing their lord, the devils would need her more than before.

Most likely, they were forcing her to become the next demon lord and go to war with the humans again. Being the gentle and kind-hearted girl she is, Fino refused and ran away to the human world, expecting no one would recognize her or force her to become the new maou.

Now Fino and Raul need to worry about not only with Amada, but with warriors desiring to become Heroes atacking an innocent girl, too.

I was not expecting something so serious in such light-hearted anime. Let's see what happens next!

Spoiler for Episode 10:

I know it, the series is already getting serious in the remaining few episodes starting with this spectacle. It is revealed that two of Raul's friends were responsible for bullying Fino while a mysterious organization treats her like a "wanted criminal" because of the fact she was the daughter of a defeated demon king. I already sense those things when I started watching this episode, but I didn't expect things to get rather intense. When Raul is revisiting his male friends, their conversation suddenly ends with a message of betrayal, such a sad effect happened. On another note, the spectacle contains a minuscule amount of fanservice as well another instance of Sphere's girls group in cameo mode, that's a good guess. Now if only it ends with a believable note, I'll be happy.
